This high-resolution electronic accessory viewfinder for attachment to the accessory shoe of the Leica X2 has a display resolution of 1.4 MP and can be rotated by 90. All exposure parameters are displayed in the viewfinder when it is attached to the camera.

Also available is a purely optical alternative in the form of this black mirror viewfinder with a 36-mm bright line frame. It can be mounted on the accessory shoe of theX2 and ensures a bright and clear view with no drain on the camera battery.
